ONE LOAF. MANY GOOD MORNINGS.

Your everyday
sourdough.

Toast with butter. A sandwich at lunch. The last slice with dinner. We’re starting with one carefully rehearsed loaf, so every bake gets our attention.

Our dough combines bread flour, whole-wheat flour, water, salt, and a living sourdough starter. A daytime fermentation and an overnight refrigerated rest develop its character.

A LITTLE TIME MAKES A DIFFERENCE

Good bread begins
with a living culture.

01 / FERMENTATION

Yeasts and lactic-acid bacteria in the starter help the dough rise and develop sourdough’s characteristic flavor.

02 / THE WHOLE GRAIN

The whole-wheat portion retains the grain’s bran, germ, and endosperm. Our loaf is a blend, rather than a 100% whole-grain bread.

03 / MADE NEARBY

A small neighborhood route means a simple handoff: your loaf arrives at your door in the agreed morning window.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST LOAF

A few good
questions.

Do I have to subscribe?

No. Request one trial delivery first. A weekly arrangement begins only after you approve the confirmed offer and complete the payment step.

Can I choose both delivery days?

Yes, for weekly delivery. If you choose a trial, select one day for your first loaf. All requests depend on available baking capacity.

How do I skip or cancel?

Proposed policy: contact us by Sunday at 6 PM before the coming delivery week to request a skip or cancellation. The final policy and any recurring billing terms will be shown before payment. Automatic renewals are not active in this preview.

Is the bread whole grain or gluten-free?

It is a blend of bread flour and whole-wheat flour, including flour in the starter. It contains wheat and is not gluten-free. Fermentation does not make wheat bread suitable for someone who must avoid gluten.

How should I store it?

Keep the cooled loaf covered at room temperature for near-term use, or slice and freeze portions for later. We’ll include storage guidance with your delivery.

When can I start?

We are preparing a limited neighborhood pilot. Launch date, final loaf weight, and capacity are still being confirmed. This published test site is not accepting real orders.
